By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only: net333 enforces a mandatory minimum age of 21 years. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be closed immediately. All deposits and winnings associated with such an Account will be forfeited and may be returned to the depositing payment method at net333's discretion.
To access the full range of Services on the net333 Platform, you are required to create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
Each individual Player is entitled to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. net333 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all Accounts except the oldest may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. net333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify net333 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. net333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at all subsequent points of contact with net333 is accurate and up to date. Any change in your personal circumstances — including name change, address change, or contact details — must be communicated to net333 promptly. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
net333 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This procedure is a regulatory requirement, a key measure in the prevention of money laundering and fraud, and a safeguard that protects both net333 and its Players. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
The standard KYC documentation set comprises the following:
KYC verification is normally completed within 24 hours of document submission, although this period may be extended during peak periods. net333 may require live verification interviews, video calls, or additional documentation in certain circumstances, and all Players are expected to cooperate reasonably with such requests.
Personal data submitted as part of KYC verification is processed strictly in accordance with the net333 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for the full description of how your information is collected, stored, and used.
Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). net333 supports the following deposit channels: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP; e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and other methods made available on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits made through supported bank channels and e-wallets are credited to your Account almost immediately during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside bank operating hours or during public holidays, including national observances such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day, may be delayed until the following business day.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum single-transaction limit is set per account tier. Higher deposit limits may be granted following completion of KYC verification, as approved by net333 at its discretion.
In the event that a deposit is credited to the wrong Account, or a Player deposits to an incorrect destination, the Player must contact net333 customer support immediately. net333 will make commercially reasonable efforts to rectify the error, but is not obliged to compensate for losses caused by Player error or by third-party payment network failures.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and must be made from a fully verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing time does not include the time taken by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider to credit the withdrawn funds, which may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment institution. Withdrawal requests placed during bank holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals will be paid to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering principles. net333 reserves the right to require a withdrawal to be made to a verified payment method on the Player's Account before processing.
net333 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals. However, the receiving bank or e-wallet may impose its own transfer charges, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the Player.
net333 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with the relevant promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this Section.
The standard welcome bonus attracts a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings. Some promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the applicable promotion page. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met, in accordance with the relevant promotion conditions, are withdrawable.
Promotional offers are available to eligible Indonesian players and are subject to the 21+ age restriction and mandatory KYC verification. A Player is limited to one claim of each initial promotional offer. net333 reserves the right to vary, amend, withdraw, or limit any promotion, or its conditions, without prior notice.
net333 monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the exploitation of bonus mechanics through "bonus hunting", systematic low-risk betting solely to satisfy wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and other patterns deemed to be abusive. Where such abuse is detected, net333 reserves the right to void the bonus, adjust the Player's Balance, close the affected Account, and forfeit related winnings.
Transparency Commitment: net333 publishes all bonus wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods clearly and upfront. If any bonus condition is not stated on the promotion page, that condition shall not be deemed to apply.
All wagers placed on the net333 Platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or lotter; these rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.
For sports betting, including football markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, and other competitions, all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player. net333 reserves the right to void bets, in whole or in part, in cases of obvious error, manifestly incorrect odds, and bets placed after the event has already commenced without the Player having placed an in-play bet. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the rules stated on the relevant betting page and at net333's reasonable discretion.
Asian handicap betting, including voor bola (football handicap) markets, is settled in accordance with the handicap line specified at the time of bet placement. Mix parlay bets (accumulators) require all legs in the bet slip to win for the bet to pay out on the stated odds; a losing leg voids the entire combination, except where that leg qualifies under a push or half-win rule as set out in the relevant settlement rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on the winning numbers officially drawn for the relevant market (including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney draws). Prizes are calculated and paid in accordance with the published payout tables for each market. Where an official draw is cancelled, postponed, or the result cannot be verified, net333 may void or re-settle affected tickets in line with market practice.
All slot games and live casino tables operate under the rules of the respective game provider. The outcomes of slot spins and casino rounds are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and are final. Any technical malfunction of a game affecting the outcome of a round may result in the voiding of that round, in accordance with the provider's rules and applicable regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, net333, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, net333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even where net333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
net333 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising out of, or connected to, any event beyond its reasonable control, including technical failure of the internet or telecommunications infrastructure, payment network outages, power failure, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. In the event of any such event, net333 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume service at the earliest opportunity.
Where net333 is found liable for any claim arising in connection with these Terms, the aggregate liability of net333 shall not exceed the total amount of the Player's deposits into the Platform in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
net333 is committed to safeguarding the personal information of all Players in accordance with the requirements of applicable data protection law and the net333 Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by net333 may include identity information, contact details, financial information, transaction records, device and browser information, and details of your activity on the Platform. Such data is used to provide the Services, verify identity, ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and other regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the user experience.
net333 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties. All content available on the net333 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo "net333", website design, layout, graphics, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of net333 or its relevant licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties, whether registered or not.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform or its content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of net333.
Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in legal action, in addition to termination of your Account and forfeiture of balances and winnings.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting net333 customer support. On Account closure, any positive Balance will be returned to you by the available withdrawal methods, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses.
net333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's Account, without notice and without liability, where it reasonably suspects (a) a material breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) bonus abuse; (d) provision of false information; or (e) operation of multiple Accounts.
In cases of closure for breach, any means standing in the Player's Account at the time of closure shall be forfeited, unless net333 determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the circumstances do not warrant forfeiture in which case the Balance may be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions and any matter arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the net333 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which net333 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference of any kind whatsoever arising out of, or relating to, these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to net333 customer support for attempted resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, except where net333 is required to provide an alternative dispute resolution mechanism under applicable licensing requirements.
You agree that, where not prohibited by law, any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claim arose, failing which the claim shall be deemed to have been permanently waived.
net333 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or otherwise revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendment will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Where an amendment materially and adversely affects your rights, net333 will use reasonable efforts to notify you, including through the email address registered on your Account.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after an amendment is published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account.
